Ilustração Vetorial

Overview

This was never a client project, but it stays in the portfolio for a reason. Around 2006, vector illustration in Brazil was still a craft designers learned mostly on their own. There were no real tutorials, no Behance, no shortcuts; you opened Illustrator and figured it out one curve at a time. Between beers and quiet evenings, I started teaching myself the medium, and the Maserati MC12 became the piece I kept coming back to: a study in line, light, gradient and patience.

What started as a hobby ended up shaping how I think about design work. Building something this complex out of nothing but anchor points and bézier handles taught me to slow down, to commit to a decision, to enjoy unglamorous repetition. Habits that still show up across everything I do today. It's old, but it's still gold.
